KASCO's buildings are typical of modern warehouse/distribution or manufacturing design, with tilt-up concrete panel walls, steel-decked built-up roofs, steel post and bar joist support. The height of the warehouses is 21 feet clear height with various bay sizes. The buildings contain skylights, evaporative coolers and suspended gas heaters in the warehouse area, dock-high loading doors, paved truck courts in the rear and vehicle parking areas in the front of the buildings. The grounds feature mature, low maintenance Southwestern landscaping, equipped with automatic sprinklers. Office improvements vary from building to building.
